Parkloma All natural frozen African Yams (Also known as True Yam, Puna Yam or Ghana Yam). These frozen yams are made from farm fresh West African yams. Yams are peeled, sliced and fresh frozen with no preservatives. They are available in three different cuts - Yam Fries, Yam Slices and Yam Cubes. To cook: Place frozen yams in a pan with oil and fry. You can also use an air fryer to cook the yams. No need to thaw the yams as they can be cooked while frozen. Season with salt or choice of seasoning after frying. Yams can be eaten with a sauce, eggs or preferred condiment. SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen until preparing for consumption. Do not thaw and refreeze.
