TUGSWA provides a B2B marketplace where buyers can connect with manufacturers and suppliers in West Africa. We facilitate discovery and communication but do not directly participate in transactions.

Our Services Include:

•	Supplier Directory: A listing of West African manufacturers across various industries.

•	Buyer-Supplier Communication: Tools to connect buyers with suppliers.

•	Verification Services: Limited verification of suppliers based on submitted documents.

•	Trade Resources & Support: Guidance on sourcing, logistics and trade regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

For Buyers:

•	You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with a supplier.

•	You must comply with all relevant import/export laws and regulations.

•	We are not liable for any disputes, product quality issues or contract breaches between you and suppliers.

For Suppliers:

•	You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and products.

•	You must ensure compliance with all local and international trade regulations.

•	Any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the Platform.

4. Payment & Transactions

TUGSWA does not process transactions between buyers and suppliers. Payments, shipping, and delivery terms are negotiated independently between both parties. We are not responsible for payment disputes, non-delivery or quality control issues.

5. Verification & Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to verify suppliers, we do not guarantee the legitimacy, quality, or reliability of any manufacturer listed on the Platform. Users must conduct their own due diligence before making any business decisions.

The Platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim any liability for financial losses, business disruptions or damages resulting from using the Platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

•	Misuse the Platform for fraudulent, illegal or unethical activities.

•	Impersonate another user or falsify business information.

•	Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt Platform services.

•	Use the Platform to promote unrelated services or spam other users.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
